CHAINS OF FREEDOM

I chose freedom,
My mind and soul screamed me to,
I had no choice,you see.

I embraced the open air,
and the green fields,
They looked magnificent to me.

I chose to be free,
But it held me back,
With its characterestic laziness.

No longer did I have to take time seriously,
Every time I thought,
Why bother?I am free!

They unshackled my cords,
let me into the open,
only to be bound by

A Red Devil’s 2012 Pain

Inevitable, still it hurt,

Leaving me in a constant state of denial,

Disconsolate, after what happened,

The drama of it all.

They taught me to believe,

And so I did,

I cried with them in their despair,

Rejoiced in their glory.

Unwavering support,

Through thick and thin,

I still believe ‘We Shall Rise Again’,

After all, a Red Devil for life!!!
